Pricing & billing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free preview covers 25 products with full audits, health scores, and one-click smart fixes — no time limit and no credit card. Upgrade only when you want to cover more of your catalog.
How does billing work?
Every plan is billed monthly in USD through Shopify, on the same invoice as your other Shopify subscriptions. There's no separate checkout and no long-term contract.
Do professional edits cost extra?
Yes. Pro edits are pay-as-you-go on top of your plan — one flat $1.19 per image (as low as $0.99 on higher plans), billed through Shopify. You only pay for edits you order, and you see the total before you confirm.
What happens if I reach a plan's limits?
We never block you mid-task. As you approach your monthly review or smart-fix allowance we email a heads-up, and upgrading unlocks a higher allowance. Product monitoring is the one scope tied to your plan — if your catalog is larger than your plan covers, we keep your top best-selling products monitored and pause the rest until you upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like from Plan & billing in the app. Shopify prorates the change, and downgrades keep your full audit history.
What counts as a monitored product?
A monitored product is one the app actively audits and re-checks as its images change. Your plan sets how many products can be monitored at once; you choose which ones, and we default to your best-sellers.
